They seem to work pretty good. The larger ones are a little harder to get them to stay in place. The hardest part is getting them back onto their sheet after using them. I had fusion surgery for my neck and I tried these to help with healing my neck. They do seem to help with healing the scar,

I have kept an open mind, I am skeptical, however, I watched several youtube videos about how amazing this product is for wrinkles. I saw NO difference at all. I am 66 years old, so maybe it would be beneficial for younger skin, that has no or little wrinkles. Don't waste your money.
